At Jow Music, we offer free UK shipping across our huge range of products. We generally use DHL Next Day for all guitars and larger items. Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail on a tracked and signed for service.
All our new products come with a 1 year warranty. If you need to process a return, please contact us at info@jowmusic.co.uk and we'll be happy to arrange this for you. All second-hand, B-Stock and Ex Demo products are covered by a 14 day return policy.
